Joe Springall

I contacted Joe Springall in September of 2017. I had a bankruptcy attached to me credit file and Joe guided me on my options. The loan had many difficulties and Joe gave me some sound advice to wait a period of time before applying. Joe said he would call me back in a few months, and to his credit, to the day, he called and we started the process. Throughout the process Joe kept thanking me for my patience which I found odd as I was the one calling him everyday with obstacles to get over... Having been in the customer service industry for 20 plus years, Joe’s service is by far above and beyond and would not hesitate in advocating his personalised service to my friends or family. It has been a long process, and finally I have my loan and will be driving my new car very shortly.
