Missleading and False Advertising

I quoted to have my situation helped out. I got a call and was told the "Positive Lending Solutions couldn't help me. That's fine, but I would suggest that you take some stuff off your website because you are misleading people into thinking that you can help them out. Your shows the following; 'Can you get a bad credit consolidation loan? "Chances are we'll be able to help, regardless of your credit history. There are number of ways you may have acquired a bad credit history. -Paid or unpaid defaults, including credit card defaults -Repossessions -Discharged bankruptcies -No credit history -Discharged for Part 9 Debt agreement -You have made to many loan enquiries. I have unpaid defaults and your broker told me that I cant get any loans. That's misleading information and suggest you take it down before it goes any further to the ACCC.
