Natasha was the most helpful broker I have ever spoken too, from our first conversation she re-assured me that anything was possible, and certainly didn't judge me in regards to my credit file/history, she was nothing but encouraging and genuine. Though it took some time, and lots of paperwork, we got there in the end and Natasha managed to secure me a loan, I needed my car by a certain date, and she made it happen. Even the lady I bought the car off, raved about Natasha, after only corresponding with her via email and one or two phone calls to arrange settlement. Natasha is so kind, and kept me in the loop through the entire process (I was a bit of a helicopter client) but that didn't bother her!
