It took 3 weeks from my pre-approval to actually get my vehicle. I understand my original consultant became ill, however it was over a week before I heard back. Then I was told 3 different amounts I could borrow. 2 weeks later I took possession of my vehicle. End of the day I got a decent car and it all worked out. I did find the whole process to be frustrating even though I ended up with the manager Daniel Zandona who did what he could. I do thank you for the help.
