Positive Lending Solutions?? Really?? I just have to say I had a horrible experience with one of your team members today. He wasn’t very nice and to top it off made me feel so much worse about my situation. I just think you need to work a little more on the way you treat people and deliver bad news. I received 3 SMS’s asking for a phone call to see if you can help out so I finally thought I’ll try, you’re website seemed genuinely sincere in all the ways you can help people even people with “bad credit” but obviously not. I understand now that I apparently have “defaults” against my name which I had no idea about but he was more then happy to let me know. The guy was very condescending and I’ve honestly felt terrible since the phone call at lunch time. I don’t care anymore that you can’t help me but don’t treat others this way! Obviously there is a reason people try and seek help, nobody asks for help unless they need it. I’ve never asked for help in my 37 years that’s why I’m in this predicament working full time, paying rent on my own and providing care for my mother. I know that you’re probably not all this way and he probably doesn’t even know how he sounded but it takes a lot to make me cry and he achieved that afterwards. There was absolutely nothing “positive” about that phone call. I just want you guys to be more caring even if you have to “fake” it. I worked over a decade in a bank and have never treated a customer or non customer with such disregard. Just Because I don’t fit your “lending criteria” doesn’t mean I’m not a human being.
