Lisa, excellent

Lisa who I was dealing with was excellent,she kept me informed and communication was fantastic, she deserves 5 stars a real asset to the business. The reason for the 3 stars is the process that has to be followed when dealing with buying a item through a private. 14 days and asked to supply same information on numerous times. I understand policies and correct process, but I thought once entered into data base they could retrieve it and auto fill other documents. Overall great outcome due to Lisa's commitment and diligence.
